Reagents for monitoring HIV/AIDS - Dry Tri T-STAT Diagnostic Kits
ReaMetrix has developed a unique variety of dried-down reagents to enable quantitation of lymphocyte subsets by flow cytometry. These reagents are offered as either 3 or 4 color kits and are formulated with fluorescent counting beads to allow for absolute counts of both T-lymphocytes and total lymphocytes.
Key Features of Dry Tri T-STAT Reagents
Convenience- Provided as a dried-down reagent in a ready to use format, requiring minimal pipetting.
Stability - Dried-down reagent does not require cold storage. Fixed and stained samples can be stored for up to 7 days prior to analysis. For more information about the advantages of dried reagents, please read our white paper
Accuracy and Reproduciblity- Dry Tri T-STAT reagents have been evaluated at multiple laboratories in India as well as by leading international labs. Dry Tri T-STAT reagents have demonstrated robust equivalence to industry standard reagent kits.
Simple Sample Workflow - Reagents employ simple protocol of lyse/no wash or nolyse/no wash protocol.
Validated Antibodies - The monoclonal antibodies used in these reagents have all been approved at the 8th International Workshop on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens.

Figure 1. Dot plot views: View 1: CD45 PE fluorescence (FL2 - log scale) versus side scatter (SSC – Linear scale) View 2: CD4 Atto488 (FL1 – log scale) versus CD3 PE-Dyomics649 fluorescence (FL3 – log scale) of events gated as CD45+ from the first view. View 3: CD4 Atto488 (FL1) versus CD45 PE fluorescence (FL2) of all events from first view. View-3 will have a gate (R2) to capture the fluorescent reference beads.
